Share Folder: Server folder

Workstation
- Win10, UAC enabled (Cannot change)

SI Activate License in Server.
Server is working fine.

All workstation able to see IR license if run as administrator.
All workstation cannot see IR license without run as administrator

Anybody know how can I transfer or let workstation able to use SI without administrator?
