I am getting an error trying to publish my Sage Intelligence report to BI in Excel

The error I am getting is: Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.

Can anyone help with this?

Hello Lloyd Imports,

What version of Sage 300 are you running and what is the PU level?

I think this error may be related to TLS 1.0 that has been discontinued. Currently supported TLS is 1.2.

You may need to contact Customer Support and open a support ticket.

Our sage version is 300 Premium (Version 2022)

2022 (300 Premium) (Build 20) (Product Update 2)

Could that be the error?

We updated to PU7 and still are getting the same error.
