Hi Jessica, 

Go into A/R Customer Transactions Report.. 

And select onl the Interest Transaction Type.. This will show only Customers that have an outstanding Interest Batch.

However, I was able to run this report but it was still pulling customers that had open balances. 

I need a report that only pulls open interests and nothing else. 

Do you know of any report or would this be a customize report?

Did you uncheck the other Transaction Types?

Yes, I did unselect all other transaction types but the report was still pulling customers who have open balances. 

It's pulling other transaction types, other than Interest Batches?  an Interest batch is a open balance.. I'm not sure what you mean.. maybe open a customer support ticket with Support and we can investigate..
