Please how do i customize Budget Appraisal report on sage 300

Oh ok.. sorry the question in your original post made it sound like the report was already created and you needed to customize it.. Crystal Reports does allow you to create custom reports. Crystal Reports doesn't come free with Sage.. are you planning to purchase Crystal Reports? 
 
 You would then need to look at the table/field defintions in Sage using the Application Object Model (AOM) to determine what fields to bring in. 
 You can find other related documents from Sage 300 2022 Customizing Printed Forms on how to use Crystal Reports.
