Sage 300 2019 Customised Sage Intelligence Reporting Issue

Hi,

One of our clients tried to create her own SI report from New Reports, which downloaded from Report Utility.

When the cursor moves to the customised report named: Sales Master - Optional Fields, user will be prompted the following message.

After clicking OK button, the cursor will move to next report instead. We're unable to right-click at the Sales Master - Optional Fields report and delete it.

Is there a way to query the SQL statement supplied from Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio? Or is there any back-end method to remove the report? We couldn't find related template linked to this customised report.

Anyone encountered similar issue before? Is there any resolution? Kindly advise.

Hi Shandy,

Looks like you have a duplicate Report ID which is not expected.. Are you able to get them to restore their alchemex.svd file from a backup prior to this report being added?

The Alchemex.svd file is located in the <Shared Dataa>\BXDATA folder.

If they haven't backed up this file, you can open a support ticket and send in the svd file and the Sage Intelligence Development team can manually remove from the backend.

Hi DCrampton,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

I don't think the client will back up the Alchemex.svd file.

May I know how to open the support ticket if we're one of the Sage partners from Sage Asia Pacific? I tried to sign on to sage partner website but couldn't find any link to create the support ticket.
