Disappearance of Customised Reports in Sage 300 web screens

I have loaded custom reports in sage 300 web screens, the reports disappears anytime you login in and when you attempt adding the reports it prompts the reports already exist, it then reappears immediately.

Sage 300 2024 PU4

What can be the cause of the disappearance?

Hi Don,

This happens every time you login to Web Screens? can you try running the Portal Database Configuration again via Database Setup?

Thanks for the help, I found the admin did not add a new user created to the UI profile to access the customised reports
