It happened to me another problem. Why it can't import the data after allocation?

Today, I run the allocation program after post the Batch List. Saving a copy of the documents, then I enter next step —Import the allocation data into BL. allocation, but it happened cannot import the data. Tomorrow evening is the deadline of month summary , I have to set it immediately. Please help me!

Hello Lee,

Please open a customer support ticket or contact your Sage Business Partner for assistance.. there is not enough information provided to answer your question and this isn't the forum to discuss month end income reporting as there could be the chance to post sensitive financial data.

Thanks for your reply. I do eager to a customer support ticket, but my boss don't give financial supporting. There's no one teach me, I have to learn on line such as google, youtube etc. I have already handed my resignation letter. There be one month before I leave, I have to handle things well on my duty.
