Sage BI formula errors

SUGGESTED

I'm getting the dreaded #ERROR! in Sage BI for two different clients on different versions of Sage 300 (2022 and 2025) with both using 32bit Excel.

Normally an Office quick repair (or occasionally a full repair) fixes the issue, but it's not working this time. I'm wondering if the latest Office update may have broken something.

I do have a case open with Sage right now, but I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this same issue?

These errors revolved around both clients having 64bit Office 365 installed, then removing it and replacing with it 32bit.

Solution was to backup up folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SIExcelFunctions\64bit,

    then copy the contents of C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SIExcelFunctions\32bit to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SIExcelFunctions\64bit

If you are using Sage 2024 or below the folder names will be BI... instead if SI...
