What version of Sage Intelligence Reporting are you using? Are you running full programs or workstation setup? and lastly, is it a new install or was it working previously?
Can I also get a screenshot of the error?

Sage 300 V2025 SP1, so It's 8.0A. Full program. New install.
Having trouble with the screenshot. Exact words "An unexpected error occurred. No CurrentLibrary Set.".
I click ok and it opens up the final result. The report looks perfect after the message.
can you run a Quick Repair on Microsoft 365 Apps in Control Panel?
I did run a Quick repair. No change.

Hi Jeffrey Pelland did you run the Workstation Installer for Intellgence Reporting before attempting to use it? If not, try running the Workstation Install under \\Sage300Server\SageShare\Sage300Apps\BX80A\WSSetup\setup.exe then try launching Sage Intelligence Reporting again .
