Running Integration for sage 300 and sage crm integration

    Would you have any details on this error.  

    1. When are you getting the error.

    2. What process are you running when the error occurs.

    3. Is this when installing Sage 300 integration in CRM. 

    4. What update is installed with 2024.

    5. What version of CRM integration are you installing.

    Hi  is Sage CRM and the Sage 300 server components installed onto the same server?  Do you have an existing 32-bit ODBC DSN for ODBC Driver 18 setup on the Sage CRM server with the Mandatory Encryption and Trust Server Certificates set appropriately? You should be able to succesfully test the connection at the end of the ODBC wizard.  I haven't done this for a while but once you used to need Sage 300 server or at least Workstation Setup components installed and working on the CRM servre for integration to work.  At least if you deploy the Sage 300 Workstation Setup on the CRM server you can confirm you can make a connection properly by testing logging into Sage 300.
