There is the P/O Pending Receipts Inquiry that allows you quick access to viewing Expected PO's by Item Number and or by Vendor Number.

But the P/O Purchase Order Action Report gives you some of the information required.. There are also several other P/O Analytical Reports that will provide various statistic and transactional information.  I would start with those reports and see if any of them provide you the desired information.

For your second question, the P/O Purchase Order Action Report can provide Complete/Incomplete Item Statuses.  I would check with that report.
