Wondering if any of you have seen an issue like this and have any feedback. A user reported having an issue with Sage Intelligence where all their formulas which used the Sage custom SI formulas (like @GLActual300) were returning an Excel error #VALUE!. I connected to the same terminal server and got the same error. 

We validated the registry keys, and add-ons were set correctly, and then did a Quick Repair on Excel. This fixed the issue when I ran the report, but not for the user.

However, we then figured out if we left their custom report open, and ran one the Sage provided master templates, all the formulas on their custom report (build off one of the Sage provided templates) began working. 

It appears that the custom report is not pulling down the custom functions. Could this be the case? Does anyone have any thought on this?
