Sage Intelligence - GL Transactions Including Open Balance S300SQL (C166-0-1) not working

Hi,

I just downloaded a SAI report using the Report utility named : GL Transactions Incl OpenBalance S300SQL(C166-0-1).

When I try to run it either at my client site or any of my Sage VM using SAI Viewer or Manager, I always get the same error: "[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The multi-part identifier "PLUSBAL.HCAMOUNT" could not be bound."

I do have the Connector license but I'm not sure what to change to get it to work. Anyone has an idea on what to do exactly to fix it ?

This report runs fine in my SI 8.0 environment without a connector license. Sounds like your SQL may have an issue. Try to look for this message in Google and see if you can find more on this message. No one else has contacted Sage for this error as I cannot find this error listed in our knowledgebase.

Hi Jerry,

Thanks for taking the time to answer. I also tried it with the latest 8.0 and exact same error on a different VM and SQL Server 2022.

After some digging, the error in related to some multi-currency stuff. When you ran your test, did you ran it against a Multi-Currency Company? I'm running it against a single currency company with a functional currency CAD.

Hi,

I tested in both single and mutlicurrency databases (SAMINC and SAMLTD) in SI 8.0 with Sage 300 2025 and both generated the report without any error.
