We have a customer would like to be able to create reports themselves, but Crystal is beyond their current technical ability. The reports they want to do operational in nature (e.g., sales by customer SIC code) going to be based on both database fields and optional fields. Is there a 3rd party report writer of choice that we should investigate? We're looking at Stonefield Query as a possibility but are open to other products if they are truly aimed at end-users doing their own reporting.
