Sage 300 integration - Phone number issue

Hi.

I'm hoping someone knows how to resolve this issue.

When we make an update in Sage 300, it updates (sync) the phone numbers to Sage CRM - however, in Sage 300, the phone number format is different then in Sage CRM.

Hence, it changes all the formatting each time it syncs with CRM.

What options do I have? Can I remove the phone number from the sync function (integration)?

    Could you clarify what the format issue is, as the display of the phone number is just a display.  In Sage 300, you can select to either have the brackets visible or not.

    The underlying data is an unformatted phone number.  This setting is located in Common Services, Company profile, on the Address tab you select format on or off.

    The phone number in CRM can be separated or not depending on a setting in CRM.  If you change Area Code to Off, and format in Sage 300 is off, then the phone number will be unformatted in CRM.

    This setting is in CRM Administration, System, System Behavior.
