I'm hoping someone knows how to resolve this issue.
When we make an update in Sage 300, it updates (sync) the phone numbers to Sage CRM - however, in Sage 300, the phone number format is different then in Sage CRM.
Hence, it changes all the formatting each time it syncs with CRM.

What options do I have? Can I remove the phone number from the sync function (integration)?
