Hey Mike - 
 Sage 500 ERP is used in Canada by several companies. There is no separate version. Since you can configure each company in 500 to have a different Home Currency, you simply setup your company to have a Canadian Home Currency. There is also a multi-currency module if you need support for that. 
 Generally, the biggest challenge we run into when using it in Canada is in areas that require multilingual support. Since some areas require the support of French and English, this often becomes a challenge to use it in those areas.
