CONTRACT PRICING FILE

I am trying to upload a excel file on this to upload a bunch customer's price list and it is showing me an error for some customers. Can someone explain to me how this really works?

Which import feature are you attempting to use and what version of Sage 500? Not sure what's in "Create Contract Pricing File" since it is actually just an image.
