Cannot Drill Into Invoices from Maintain Customers in Accounts Receivable

I have a user that lost access to the Invoices option when Drilling Into from the Customer Info page. Is this a task that needs to be added back to the context menu? Or is it something that should automatically be added if the permissions exist for Accounts Receivable / Insights / Invoices?

    Hi Jose,

    Our apologies for the delay.  We just want to know what version of Sage 500 you are using.  As we have tested on our side using the latest version, we can drilldown on Maintain Customer > Drill Into > Invoices, this will open the Explore Invoices.

    If you're experiencing issues, please create a Ticket thru Sage 500 Support so we can troubleshoot this further.
