Utilizing the Email Function in Additional Customer Account Address Fields

Could someone provide insights on how we might utilize the email function in additional address fields within the Customer account?

    Hi Maru,

    You have to create a record in 'Other Contacts' first with their associated Email addresses.  Once you have created that record, you can then go to 'Other Addresses', and you can pull up the contact you need on that address, it will pull the email address on to that screen.
