Purpose of SOTAADMIN account

Question

Is the SOTAADMIN SQL login still used by Sage 500? It seems safe to disable, but gets re-enabled somehow. Our client just wanted to make sure.

 The SOTAADMIN SQL login is no longer being used. So, you can safely disable or remove it as needed.
