I am on Sage 500 and process shipments daily. Typically when posting shipment entries, I assign lot numbers to products. Starting today, I am experiencing an issue where I post the entry and print the packing list but the Lot details are omitted for some reason. The current solution I have is to add text to the PDF but this process may result in human errors. Thank you!
