I wanted to share this with everyone. I had a user that was experiencing problems with Crystal 10. Everytime they tried to create a blank doc or open an existing, the app would close out and log an application error in the event log. Since we run a citrix environment with PVS, I knew it had to be a profile issue.
Solution
Rename the profile
Recreate
Migrate docs, favorites, NK2 etc..
Problem solved!
There may be info stored in the users index.dat file.
