You'll have to make sure that Paya Connect Desktop is running.  Then, if you can, run a Test Connection as above (this works for me on 7.70). 

I ran a test connection within the Maintain Credit Card Processor Accounts module. Returned this error, "FAILED with the following error: URL or Network Error."

Then make sure your PCD/SED software is updated (they may have changed the URL a few years ago), and check your firewall.

We are sending an email to Paya about this issue.  But that error, should not stop you from doing your daily Credit Card Processing.

Were you able to get a Successful Connection on yours?

Yes, Sage 500 7.7, PCD 2.0.3.3

We just tested it on v7.70 with PCD 2.0.3.20 (which is the latest update), and still got the same error.  Can you please send us a screenshot of your Maintain Processors Account with the 'Test Connection' message that it's successful.  Please email it to [email protected].

We just want to make sure we cover everything.
