Purchase Order

How can I close a PO that gives the message "the purchase order's status cannot be changed to Closed because an open PO line exists." ?

All the merchandise has been received, but we had to do a correction because of an incorrect receiver # was used.  Any suggestions would be helpful

    Hi Shawn,

    You have to check each of the PO Line if they are properly received by checking each of the Line Quantities.  If they do, each of the line should have a status of 'Closed' before the actual PO Header can be set to Closed as well.

    If you still have issues with this, you might want to create a case with Support so they can troubleshoot and document the whole issue.
