Error 1720 with Sage 500, v 8.20

So far on two computers we have had team members receive this error message when accessing the hotel Property Management System (V1):

The team member will click on it several times then it will disappear, and the Property Management System will then open. As soon as Sage 500 v 8.20 is uninstalled this error message no longer pops up.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix?

There is one case on this, and it happened between Sage 500 and FAS. under terminal setup. The client fixed the issue by running the "Asstacct.exe" as administrator. If you are saying that Uninstall/Reinstall Sage 500 resolves the issue, then this must be another resolution.
