Shipments no generated invoices

We are using Sage MAS 500 ERP version 7.4. Having an issue where customer shipments are completed, (Picklist, Shipment, & SO Closed), but no invoice is generated. 

The shipment exists in  tsoShipment and tsoShipLine and tsoShipmentLog

I don't see the shipment in tsoPendShipment

How can we get the invoice to generate?

    I believe Sage produced a data fix for this, which involves creating the missing invoices by running a database script. You might have to contact Sage support to see if they have it for this version, even though it hasn't been supported for quite a few years. I have the general script in my collection, but it is client and version specific and I don't have a generally available version for 7.4.

    There were a number of problems with data discrepancies prior to greater stability in the 8.x versions. These occurred a lot on systems with performance and concurrency problems. I haven't seen this in 8.x versions, but if you are having this problem, you are probably having more.
