Are these two mentioned databases Sage 500 databases? The Sage 500 client will only maintain one connection to a database at a time but if user's are able to work just fine, do you maybe have a 3rd party add-on that connects to these databases. That is if they are not exclusively Sage 500 databases.

The connection to the Sage 500 database is controlled by the ODBC and you can check the SQL logs on what errors it captures if the error is for your users connecting to the Sage 500 database.

Thank you for your response.  Yes, these errors on the login failures are coming from the SQL Error logs.  

If you need help assessing the SQL error logs and if it's related to your Sage 500 DB, you can open a case with Sage 500 support via your customer portal. Support will then troubleshoot the issue together with you Maria.
