- After 4 pm ET / 1 pm PT: By this time, the morning rush is over, and volumes tend to decrease. You can reach an agent until 8pm ET/5pm PT Mon-Fri.
- Thursdays and Fridays: These days generally have lower volumes compared to other days of the week.
