Seeing an “obsolescence” message?

A January 14, 2025 Product & Services update extended support for Release 2024. If you still see the notice after Feb 4, the update likely didn’t install—follow the steps to resolve.

Some antivirus tools (e.g., Bitdefender, Acronis) may block Sage 50 from launching. Temporarily disable to confirm, then whitelist Sage 50 files using the KB guidance.
