We’re investigating an issue affecting Sage 50 users who email transactions after installing recent Microsoft Office updates (Version 2508, Build 19127.20154 and later).

In the meantime, you can try the following workarounds:

• Recommended: Roll back to Microsoft Office Version 2507, Build 19029.20208 (released August 19). Refer to Emailing a transaction crashes the program for additional information.
• Remove image files from the Sage 50.FRM (forms) files.
• Use an alternative desktop email client or use Sage 50’s webmail functionality.
