Alert: Fake "Sage Support" Numbers in Search Ads — How to Reach Genuine Sage 50 Support

A quick heads-up for the Sage 50 community: fraudsters are paying to place fake “Sage support” phone numbers at the top of Google and Bing results as “Sponsored” or “Ad” listings. Those numbers do not belong to Sage — and a top spot in search results does not make a listing official.

How to reach genuine Sage 50 support:

  • Go directly to www.Sage.com/Resources, choose United States and Sage 50.
  • On the Contact card, select Chat with Sage to connect with a genuine Sage expert.
  • You can also start a chat from within your product using the Help and Sage Support menus.
  • Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM–8 PM ET (excluding holidays). Full contact details for Sage 50 are in this Knowledgebase article.

Please note: Sage does not advertise support phone numbers in search results. If your issue needs deeper investigation or a call, our team will arrange that directly from your chat or support case — you never need a number from a search engine.

    Thank you for this post. Take them down! I have reported several of these. It is a violation of the Sage policy.  Some look very close to the Sage site. This one is red but it is NOT Sage  SAGE | Support  This is not Sage Support and Training | Sage | U.S.

We will always give Sage Customers a second opinion.  

    We offer Free phone and email support to Sage 50 customers that purchase the exact same software through us. We do not take anything away from that relationship, we enhance it.  When you call Sage and can't get through, we are a phone call away and we answer our phones.

    Please take the scammers down!!
