I would suggest migrating Sage to a cloud server and it would be accessible via any internet connection.  The Remote Data Access could work but it is link a data mirror and the sync could be an issue between the host Sage data machine and the machine internationally.  If you host your Sage on a cloud server you would remote into that cloud server and work with so there is no data sync or network issues.  Reach out if you want more info on hosting.  [email protected]
