Set up your Sage 50 icon to Run as Administrator. You can edit the properties of your Sage 50 icon and go into the Compatibility tab. There, you can check mark the box Run as Administrator. This should resolve the Exception error, and allow the in-product update to install.

The error 3110 indicates a network issue, it looks like you machine is not talking to the server machine.  I would restart both the server and the workstation, make sure to restart the server first.  John@bottomline-acctg.com
