Forced password change

I am being forced to change my password every time I move from my work office to my home office and anytime the admin does a back up of the system which is every few days.

My password reverts back to one created by admin while she was trying to fix other issues with my account.

Each time I get "Password successfully changed" but it only works for a few days or until I move locations.

Admin says all my settings are the same as other users so it must be something I am doing wrong.

This isn't happening to any other user.

    If you are referring to your Sage 50 password, the settings for when a user must change their password is located in the Password Options area of User Security. Your Admin User should be able to review and adjust those to increase the amount of time before you are required to change your password. If you are referring to your network password, or another password outside of Sage 50, that would be something that you'd have to address with your network admin.
