Licenses and User Setup

Hello,

Sage helped us setup our company about 8 years ago when we converted from Peachtree accounting.  We currently only have one user and that is my boss.  My boss wants to higher someone to help him with accounting.  Below are my questions.  Thank you guys in advance for any help you can provide.  

1.  How do I know how many licenses we currently have? Or does Sage Premium only come with one license? 

2.  How do I purchase another license if need be?

3.  When I load the company my boss uses and go to Maintain/ Set Up User Security, there is only one user listed and the "access areas for this company" is set to "selected".  I would have thought with my boss being the only current user he would have been the administrator.

I appreciate any help with getting a new user setup for the company.  I do not use Sage myself and have been put in charge of getting this all ready for the new employee.
