Another alternative to emailing would be to use the Sage HR integration, employees can login and view their paystubs online.  You can find more details at the link below.

We have already looked into that and it wouldn't work for us, in addition to our not willing to pay extra for a what should be a basic feature, but I appreciate the suggestion.

Is that annual price? $650 seems pretty high for the features. Looks like that is the cost of an email button in the module. I just wondered how we can email invoices and not the paystubs. Seems like this should be included and not extra. Thanks for the suggestion. 

It's a onetime fee. The custom programmer that I work with developed this report/feature because Sage did not have it programmed into their software.

It reads software is licensed on an annual basis, so I assumed it was an annual charge
