Sage 50 - Azure - Testing

Question

I have a customer that uses Sage 50 (Quantum 2024), on-prem, currently with an outdated Win 2012 server. I want to set them up in Azure and parallel test for a month or so. Will I have any issues re-using their serial number on the Azure instance? I'm not looking to violate any license agreement, just want to test and migrate as necessary.

 From a technical perspective as long as the testing install on the Azure instance is installed as a standalone and not trying to connect to the 2012 server there will be no issues around serial number conflicts. The Sage 50 EULA indicates that you may install on the number of machines that correspond to your user license count as well as a server (if the license is multi).
