Find Button for inventory to add to an invoice

Question

I have used Sage since 1987 when it was Peachtree Complete Accounting. The find button has always been excellent. I would like to know if this will be fixed? 
 I am presently using Sage 50 US.

When you are looking for the item, it is case sensitive. So if I look for Sage I find it, but when I look for sage, I don't.

Are you referring to the Drop-Down List not displaying the Items, or the multiple highlights for the Item ID? 
 If you are referring to the dropdown list, you can invoke this setting by going into Options and Global on each computer, and on the General Tab , you can check mark the box for Drop-down list displays automatically .
