I need to enter about 100 new inventory items, is it possible to import in to Sage 50?

Hi Pat, 
 Yes, you can import the items but not the quantity in the same import. You will need to use Inventory adjustment journal import to bring in the quantities and prices. 
 To create your template, create one inventory item in Sage 50 the way you want it, then export it. (File > Select Import/ Export, chose the field you need & include headings) Save the template. Now try it out. Once exported to a CSV file, you will have the template you need to import it back into Sage.

They have pictures and are very helpful if you want to learn more about the TOOLS you have available in your Sage 50 software toolbox.
