Anyone using Quadient AP by Beanworks?

We are currently using Sage 50 Desktop (US) and will be moving to Sage 50 Cloud.  Since Sage 50 cannot create Nacha files (for Check Positive Pay or ACH payment) upload to the bank, I'm told I need a 3rd party add-on.  I'm also looking for and approval flow.  Beanworks was suggested.  Has anyone used Quadiant AP by Beanworks with Sage 50?  And can you tell me if works for you and if there are any drawbacks?

    I have many clients using Beanworks with Sage 50, reach out and I can show you a demo.  You will not be able to use Sage 50 Cloud with Beanworks so giving you a heads up now before you get too deep there BUT I have an alternative hosting option that will work with Sage 50 and Beanworks and would show you that as part of the demo.  Beanworks is a great option and have had a CFO tell me that it has cut down their AP function by 75%.  [email protected]

    Good news!  Beanworks is now Quadient and YES! It works with Sage 50 Cloud 

    You might also consider using Isolved.  They work directly with Sage.  We use them all the time.  You just have to have your payroll in by 5pm, two days before the pay date. 

    If you have another add-on you are considering, please feel free to reach out.  I will check with Sage to see if they are now supported on the Hosted Sage Cloud.
