Thanks for replying, however I can't seem to locate the update in my computer to delete it.

If you took the Sage suggested install, you will find the download that keeps popping up when you sign out in. It is in the updates folder. 

Sage> Peachtree> Company> Updates.    You can delete the download here.

I did find the problem, I did not download the upgrade but it will continually show up when my program runs an automatic check for upgrades.

So funny thing, the answer is you really don't have a choice to not download and install the upgrade otherwise it will continue to annoy you every day you use your software.
