Screen is zoomed out

Hello everyone! 

I use the Sage 50 Quantum Accounting Cloud. I logged in a few days ago and the screen is now super zoomed out. I attached a screenshot. 

I'm not sure how to change it or if it can be changed. I didn't see any settings that could be adjusted for this specifically either. 

Any help is greatly appreciated,

    I will chime in my frustration over this as well.  I just switched over to the cloud and now the font is so teeny tiny! My Windows is up to date.  In display settings I changed the text size and eventually that worked, however now everything else has such a larger font than needed.  Also when I close out for the day and reopen, even though the text size setting did not change, Sage is back to being teeny tiny.  It's really unacceptable.  I almost would rather go back to the desktop version.

    Everyone's experience will be different but I want to say good luck with Cloud.

    We changed it since Mar 2026. So much problems, and since 8/5/2026, we are not able to use at all.

    Sage Support is now even worse because they don't handle cloud, there is 3rd party Cloud team handle any problems related to cloud like this resolution issue. And you cannot talk to Cloud team directly, you cannot see or hear any progress of status.

    This morning they closed my ticket for Opening Sage problem. "Client is able to get into Sage 50. Resolved". They never contact me to confirm, and still not even working. I open the new ticket now and see how it goes again. I am seriously thinking to go back to desktop version now. If possible change to something else (unfortunately this is not my option).

    There are alternative cloud hosting options that provide the same benefits as Sage Cloud but you retain control of the software and hosting server.  The screen resolution would not be an issue since the program does not get launched as an App via the Azure server Sage uses.  If you want to see what that would look like reach out and I would be happy to share my screen and discuss some of the differences and also advantages.  [email protected]
