2. Is your service Same exact as Sage's Cloud through Windows App (Remote Desktop Access??)? or had more (like full remote desktop service)?  There are both full remote desktop services and one click app launch options without any remote desktop logins (like it's running locally).

3. What company you use for server hosting (like Microsoft Azure...)?  We have a couple different hosting providers and would have to determine which is the best fit for you. One has their own data centers and the other manages host facilities that provide the physical security, power and cooling infrastructure but the retain control over all the configuration, management, security and maintenance of the cloud environment.

4. What's your hours for support? And do you do your own support or 3rd party like Sage?  7/24 technical support is available and they provide their own support.

5. What's the storage space for data and backup?  It's flexible -- you can increase (or decrease) as needed to meet your needs.

6. What's the cost and is this including subscription of Sage software license or just cloud?  We'd need to determine this based on the number of users needed, the type of infrastructure desired, Microsoft Office licenses needed, storage space needed, etc.   It would be hosting only pricing and then you'd need to have a Sage 50 desktop license.

7. Any limit on number of companies or users for cloud? We have about 40 companies and 31 users. No limit.

2.)  It would be the same as what you have with Sage.  You sign into the 3rd party computer then into your company file.  Sage requires Microsoft Office 365 Premium or Enterprise.   My Third-Party providers do not require that.

Is your service Same exact as Sage's Cloud through Windows App (Remote Data Access??)? or had more (like full remote desktop service)?  Most clients connect via a remote desktop but we use Summit and they have a direct app launch option called MyApps so Sage will look like its opening from your PC if you connect that route so you actually have both options.  

3. What company you use for server hosting (like Microsoft Azure...)?  Summit Hosting - Summit creates dedicated Window servers for each client and gives you Admin access so you can install whatever else you need and manage the Sage application AND whatever else you install on there.

5. What's the storage space for data and backup?  Depends on the number of users but Summit servers are scalable so you put in a ticket to adjust RAM and Storage capacity as needed.
