Exporting invoice to excel

Can't figure out how to export en invoice to excel, and also I am trying to send an invoice via e-mail and I keep getting error.

"Error code 20, printer not activated"

Can somebody help me with this

I don't like MS Outlook and I use Gmail. Here is my work around that I think you will love. I have included detailed instructions on how to get and use the PDF Creator in the link below.
