Hi, I'm trying to configure an automatic backup schedule for all my companies.  Every time I try to configure this, after select the Root Company File (the same file all accountants use) I get this message:

"The folder you have selected is not a valid Peachtree Company Folder. Please select another folder."

Also I tried to select an specific company peachtree company folder (I search the path in peachtree) and the same message appear.

I have two questions:

1. How can I fix this, I'm doing something wrong?

2. If I copy the whole company folder with other program (it will copy everything in this root folder), it is the same as good as backup a company using the backup schedule.

I have Peachtree Quantum 2010.

I want to make sure all the data it's safe, next year we are going to upgrade to 2013 version.
