Cancel Renewal

SUGGESTED

We received a notification that our support will automatically renew, but we do not want to renew it.  How do I cancel it?  I called the number shown on the notice (800-626-8634) and 866-996-7243, but both times I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up!  

Please let me know how to get this cancelled and get confirmation that it has been done.

    We're sorry about your experience with contacting our customer service department, we've been experiencing a higher than normal call volume and this has been causing our wait times to increase. We do have a couple of other options that you can use:

    1- Our chat service, you can find the link to the customer service chat in our Product resources section here in the Sage 50 U.S. group 

    2 - you can contact customer service via email at [email protected]   - these are replied to within 48 hours of receipt. 

    I hope this helps, and again we're sorry for the inconvenience.
