employee W2 SSN in the report has 2 incomes one is per hour and later change to salary how I can add the two incomes?

I have an employee that the first of the year 2023 has a hourly wage and in the middle of the year change to salary, how I can add the two incomes for the W2 report?

When you process W2 Forms, the system will see duplicate SSN's and will ask you if you would like to merge the records or correct.

If the system doesn't ask you to merge the records, then there is something else it sees differently between the two records. You can either reach out to Sage directly for support, 866-747-3888, or you can contact us for paid support.
