State DE9 Form

Question

Hi All,

My CA state DE9 payroll tax forms are displaying most field correctly except for subject wages being triple what my employees are actually being paid. Support has been no help. Sage maintained and user maintained formulas are all correct. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, I'd be very appreciative.

Without logging into your system and reviewing the situation, it's difficult to pinpoint what the problem is. It could be the form (Aatrix) or it could be something within your data that may call for a targeted Integrity Check to be run. We support Payroll Formulas and all aspects of Sage 50.
