At what time will the 2024 1099 be available? and what is the earliest we can issue 1099 for a company that has closed.

The 1099 forms are typically released along with year end forms in the December time frame.

We do not have a firm date for the release of the 1099 forms, traditionally they are released in the 3rd or 4th week of December.
